CAD Drawings and Installation Guide:

We Offer CAD installation structure drawing to help customer build the structure and install the LED Display, if customer need, we also can arrange engineer to your country to guide and assist install the LED Displays for you, and customer only need responsible for the flight ticker, food, hotel and and should help to arrange our engineer visa.

Training:

We offer the technical training for free, training contents as following: basic knowledge of computer hardware, led display hardware, power cables, signal cables connection, control system knowledge, software installation and operation,etc

Maintenance and Consulation:

We offer Maintenance manual to guide customer how to maintenance the LED Display regularly, how to check, analysis the trouble shooting and solve the trouble shooting, how to repair the replace the broken parts,etc.

Software Upgrade Remind:

 We will inform you immediately if there is any new upgrade of the control system software.
